Customer Care Ambassador
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance via inbound calls - troubleshooting and queries
* Provide assistance on LiveChat supports
* Follow up call on Customer's Emails
* Provide support to Dealers - troubleshooting and queries
* Follow up with customer's support requests through Web or SelfCare in a timely manner from general inquiry to technical assistance
* Escalate the customer's issues to higher level or respective department whenever necessary
* Data Entry when necessary
Requirements
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
* Proficiency in Chinese languages is an added advantage
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
* Typing speed : Minimum 30 wpm
* Must be able to work shifts, Mondays to Sundays
